Do you have the ability to align the Operations organization with the strategic objectives of the business using innovative, world-class Supply Chain strategies? Would you be interested in becoming the functional leader for the organization, leading a large global team and influencing high-level cross-functional stakeholders?

Our client, a leading tools manufacturing portfolio company backed by a large Private Equity firm, is looking for a Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations to leverage drive and align the strategic vision of their organization.


  • Define and implement the Supply Chain and Operations global strategy
  • Develop a global Purchasing strategy and assist in leading complex negotiations
  • Prioritize and adjust strategic plans and initiatives in response to organizational, regulatory, or market driven imperatives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and external partners
  • Develop and maintain a lean, diverse, high performing Supply Chain/Operations Management team
  • Drive improving efficiency initiatives to create effective strategies


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years in a key leadership role, 20+ years of applicable experience in Supply Chain environment
  • Understanding of supply chain processes within the manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage a global team and collaborate with stakeholders
