  • Advances long and short term procurement strategies to sustain current and prospective business in alignment with the global procurement strategy.
  • Responsible for all purchasing activities in the region, including all operational and transactional purchasing activities down to site level.
  • Develops effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Advances the regional team (Category managers and the purchasing function) to guarantee that the Procurement and Purchasing processes are regionally implemented.


  • 15+ years of experience in a Senior Leadership Procurement role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Flexible mindset that can adapt plans, goals or priorities to deal with fluctuating conditions.
  • Robust understanding of the Procurement processes.
